All shipments are attractively packed in sturdy, printed
cardboard boxes made especially for these products.

Please provide complete street address and phone number. We
do not deliver to PO Boxes or rural routes.

Alaska & Hawaii deliveries require shipping via 2nd Day Air
at an additional charge of $11.50 per item.

Please be certain of addresses when you place
your order. There will be a $10.00 charge for changes or
deletions to your order once it has been processed.

For phone orders, please have the web site (or a catalog)
and your credit card handy. We honor VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover.

We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY - We will try to fill all orders to your
specification. When necessary, we reserve the right to
substitute the next available size, or in gift boxes, items
of equal or greater value.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Free 3Day shipping is
included on all products. For 2Day shipping, add $11.50 per
item. For Standard Overnight, add $23.50 per item. For
Saturday delivery, at $36.00 per item.

One, two and three-day delivery options are based on the
date the order is filled, not the date the order is placed.
Weekends and holidays are not counted in delivery transit
time.

Orders received after Noon (Central) will be processed the
next business day. During seasonal periods, such as
Thanksgiving and Christmas, please allow seven to ten
business days from date an order is placed for an order to
arrive.
